OVERVIEW:

EMSCO had to receive, warehouse and hold outbound full truckloads of excipient chemicals in response to the Ransomware attack on Merck.

SERVICES:

EMSCO had the warehouse capacity to store this stock as “Safety Stock” and the financial capability to pay our vendor before Merck could constructively receive the product and pay EMSCO.

IMPACT:

This service saved Merck upwards of $1M during this operational and financial difficult experience.
